Traders at the 31st December Makola Market have accused officials of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, together with some private individuals, of engaging in alleged corrupt practices and orchestrating what they describe as a forceful eviction exercise.
The traders claim the ongoing actions are unfair and are calling on authorities to intervene as tensions continue to rise at the market.
